We’re looking for a super-organized, customer service-focused team member to join our team.
Modern PURAIR South Okanagan is based in Penticton, BC and services the South Okanagan (Summerland to Osoyoos). We have been in business for 18 years and are locally owned and operated. We are part of Canada’s fastest-growing indoor air quality company, improving the air people breathe by offering furnace and air duct cleaning, indoor air quality testing, dryer vent cleaning, and air purification equipment for homes and businesses, including retail locations, property management, restoration, schools, hospitals, and more.
As an Office Administrator, you’ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day client experience for our South Okanagan team, based in Penticton, BC. You’ll work closely with our clients and Indoor Air Quality Technicians each day, and you’ll thrive on bringing joy to their days and helping our business grow.
This is a full-time position where you will use our VentBox software to keep our schedules organized, invoice customers, review technician reports, handle customer communications, and more.
