Matchmaking Recruiter (Part-Time)

Our client, PrimeMatch is a private, Calgary-based matchmaking service for accomplished singles who are serious about finding a meaningful relationship. This is not dating app recruiting or high-volume outreach — our approach is personal, curated, and discreet.

We are seeking a part-time Matchmaking Recruiter / Connector to help grow the PrimeMatch database by identifying and engaging high-quality singles who align with our values and demographic.

This role is ideal for someone who naturally connects with people, enjoys thoughtful conversations, and has a strong sense of discernment.

The Role

This is a flexible, part-time position to start (approximately 8–15 hours per week), with opportunity to grow as PrimeMatch expands.

You will be responsible for sourcing, meeting, and onboarding potential database members through a mix of online outreach, referrals, and in-person interactions, including events.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage eligible singles aligned with the PrimeMatch demographic and values
• Conduct initial conversations (virtual or in-person) to assess interest and general fit
• Invite qualified individuals to join the PrimeMatch database
• Attend and support select PrimeMatch events and partner events in Calgary
• Represent PrimeMatch with professionalism, warmth, and discretion
• Maintain clear notes and updates within PrimeMatch’s internal tracking system

Who You Are

• Experience in recruiting, relationship management, client engagement, sales, or coaching
• Naturally personable — people enjoy talking to you and trust your judgment
• High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
• Comfortable initiating conversations with new people (online and in person)
• Based in Calgary with a strong understanding of the local professional community
• Discreet, polished, and aligned with a premium, values-based brand

Compensation

This role is compensated through a base hourly rate plus performance incentives, designed to reward quality, follow-through, and alignment.

• $30–$35/hour, based on experience
• $100 bonus for each approved individual who joins the PrimeMatch database
  • Bonus applies to net-new contacts
  • Paid only after intake is completed and the individual is approved for the database
  • PrimeMatch retains final approval on qualification
