Responsibilities

 

  • Actively pursue new business opportunities and exceed revenue targets within the executive search and talent management market.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate target industries and verticals, leveraging market insights and competitive analysis to drive growth.
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers at prospective client organizations, articulating our value proposition and service offerings with confidence.
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, demonstrating strong sales acumen.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and proposals to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with service delivery capabilities.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, tracking sales activities and progress using CRM tools
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics, adapting sales strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Requirements

  • Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive professional environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—you can build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment with resilience and adaptability.
  • Deep understanding of various sales practices, including cross-selling, prospecting, and direct sales.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of sales and account management experience; outbound sales is required with a strong track record in B2B sales.
  • Averaging a minimum of 50 outbound B2B calls daily, with a focus on achieving quality conversations and meeting sales and KPI goals.
  • Strong negotiation skills, business acumen, and the ability to close complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like HubSpot, sales automation tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all sales activities.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation: Base salary of $60k–$100k, depending on experience with potential total compensation of $250K+ including performance incentive bonuses and uncapped commission.
