Our client, Arc Surveys Ltd., is growing and looking for a Marketing Specialist to join the team.  At Arc Surveys, we are recognized for our commitment to educational-first principles and unmatched customer service. Role Overview:

The Marketing Specialist will be instrumental in driving our business forward by implementing strategic marketing initiatives focused on education and engagement. This role is suited for a self-starter who is passionate about building relationships and thrives in environments that require both independent and collaborative efforts. A great personality is key, as it will help in engaging clients and fostering long-term relationships.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead digital marketing efforts, including Google Ads, social media management, email marketing campaigns, and website optimization.
• Plan and execute marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Organize and attend industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and forge new client relationships.
• Develop and manage event planning activities that highlight Arc Surveys’ commitment to education and client service.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and industry stakeholders, emphasizing our educational-first approach.
• Lead and engage in public speaking at educational events to advocate for industry advancements and promote Arc Surveys’ thought leadership, further establishing our reputation as a leading educational resource in the industry
• While not primarily responsible for full business development, the role will include engaging in some outside sales activities to support broader business objectives and client acquisition efforts.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure our service offerings are well communicated and align with client expectations.
• Analyze market trends to keep Arc Surveys at the forefront of the industry.
• Maintain excellent client relationships through superior customer service and educational initiatives.

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, including proficiency with Google Ads and marketing metrics analysis.
• Proven experience in planning and managing events, particularly within industry-specific contexts.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and sustain business relationships and represent Arc Surveys at industry and trade events.
• Strong communication skills, capable of effectively promoting our educational-first services.
• Independent, results-driven, with a proactive approach to workplace challenges.
• Great personality, enabling effective engagement with clients and team members alike.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle.

Position Type: Permanent/Full-time

Hours: Monday to Friday; paid overtime available 

Travel: Minimal; less than 15% 

Compensation: $65,000-70,000
