We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Management / Brand Services Representative to join our team and contribute to the satisfaction of our key accounts in the Edmonton region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Provide exceptional customer service support by contacting clients via phone/email and visiting them in the field to ensure brand standards are upheld.
  • Franchisee Support: Collaborate with franchisees to resolve issues, coach them to deliver outstanding customer service, and help them grow their businesses efficiently.
  • Sales & Estimation: Estimate, sell, and oversee the delivery of special services such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and disinfection services.
  • Order Processing: Handle customer orders for consumables, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Prospecting: Identify and contact potential customers to generate new sales opportunities. This includes leveraging existing customer referrals, adjacent accounts, past customers, and targeting new prospects.
  • Account Start-Up: Coordinate the start-up process for new accounts, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete office administrative activities, including data entry into CRM and accounting systems, managing customer data, service changes, and more.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a B2B customer service or sales environment.
  • Experience in the commercial cleaning industry is desirable but not required.
  • Strong business writing skills, excellent phone etiquette, and effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and CRM software.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities.
  • Reliable transportation, a good driving record, and auto insurance are required.

Work Environment:

This role offers a hybrid work model with a mix of remote and on-premise attendance.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary (50-60,000/annual)
